Refund policy

There is no return or exchange for international shipping. 

For Egypt:

  • We have a 7 working-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 7 working days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange. Please note that you will be responsible for the return/exchange shipping fee. 
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 
  • To start a return, you can contact us through a direct message on our instagram @bydayoff or through our email at shop@bydayoff.com
  • Once your return is accepted, which means it is received at our warehouse, your refund will be made through bank transfer or instapay.  
  • The courier will wait for you while you try on your pieces, if you want to return it then you will just pay the shipping fees, if you want to keep it you will pay the order and the shipping fee. 
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on sale items or gift cards after the courier leaves. 
  • If a customer cancels two or more orders, they will be required to pay their next purchase before receiving it via InstaPay.
  • Unfortunately, the courier does not accept partial returns, either the customer returns or accepts all pieces. Returns/exchanges can be arranged via email or Instagram direct message. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, which are custom products such as special orders or personalized items.
